 Abstract

The state of realization of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the Russian Federation depends on the quality of legal regulation of public relations, on the effectiveness of the bodies ensuring the observance and protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as on the presence of civil society in society. At the same time, the modern realities of public relations are characterized by a high degree of complexity and a fast pace of variability, which requires constant activity to analyze the state of public relations, identify gaps and contradictions in the legislation governing certain social relations, and also to directly improve legislation. The author of the article carries out a review of the legal regulation of the implementation of constitutional guarantees of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the Russian Federation with the aim of identifying conflicts and gaps in the legislation of the Russian Federation in this area. Currently, there is a need to review the legal regulation of the implementation of constitutional guarantees of human and civil rights and freedoms in the Russian Federation in connection with constantly developing social relations and the need for timely updating of legislation.
